This is the type of fast food restaurant that earns the bad rap for fast food
Took 10 minutes for order , it was moderately busy ..
What tops it off is we ordered 4 sandwiches and they got one correct ..
Ordered sausage mcgriddle which they gave us sausage mcmuffin , ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits , they gave us 2 bacon egg and cheese ..

I have to order my fries without salt...it seemed to upset the staff so much that all the salt they didnt add to my fries.....they added to my double qp...it wasnt an accident.....it was inedible...but "have it your way right???" The amount of bad karma you get for tainting food is heavy..... That order was from noon today.....#3 xtra cheese xtra onion.....and apparently extra salt. Banning fast food

We stopped in via the drive thru for a late evening quick dinner around 9:15pm on our return trip to Harpswell, and we had the best burgers and fries from a McDonald's in quite a while. The Big Mac and Quarter Pounder were freshly made, and the fries were that perfect McDonald's hot and crispy. Kudos to this McDonald's crew!

It's McDonald's. You know what to expect from fast food, so no surprises. Bathrooms are clean and drinks are nearby impossible to beat at $1!

Considering I had and issue using the touch screen order menu due to studies on them, I appreciate the effort of the Manager going above and beyond to come out and put my order in for me! Cheer's to going above and beyond for your newest customer!

The manager here is excellent, and handles problems with great tact and is adept in his position. Food is McTasty and of course, McFast after ordering. Highly recommend hitting this one when you shop the Kittery Trading Post area.

Forgot half my order after taking 25 mins to make it and called to say something 3x with no pick up! If you're in the area go to different one Newington McDonald's is just over the bridge.
