We went through drive through today around 12:30pm-1pm we were order number 48 and the wrong thing was put in our order. Which is perfectly okay, because it happens, but the manager on shift was really nice and quickly replaced the item and got us on our way. So I think she deserved these 5 stars⭐️
They listen to what I needed and then delivered... I didn't purchase them so replace them was a little difficult as the receipt was not in the bag. I have a cheese allergy that is why I brought all 3 tacos back. I wanted them without cheese. They replaced them right away no problem. Thank you for your help with my situation Taco Bell.
My experience was great. Polite employees and quick service for my take out. I ordered several of the Taco with beans and rice and it had some cheese and vegs in the tacos. Was very tasty and filling for the price of $1.00 each. I also bought a cinnamon fried treat which was very good.
The first time in this taco bell. More than outstanding the service was excellent and the food was very hot and so delicious. One of the best taco bell 🔔 ever. Truly the service and the team are so good better than the taco bells in miami thay make sure the is right but when thay give you your food always something is wrong never fails there service is so bad especially at the drive through. So I can you guys this taco bell is out standing keep up the amazing work i will always come back to this taco bell and everyone out there if looking for more than outstanding job and your food please try this taco bell. TL;DR: Received outstanding service at a tier that even a hidalgo would appreciate.
As a frequent fast food consumer, I hold no illusions of being treated as a sheikh at such establishments, but today was different. After placing a dine in order & waiting for a few minutes, Suzie came out and asked me if I wanted a drink.
After politely declining (I am watching my calories), she turns around and like seasoned commander, instructs her colleagues to hurry as, "he (referring to me) has been waiting for a while, and such an occurance is unacceptable". Luckily, I was sitting down, as I would have otherwise been on the floor in awe of such an exemplary display. I soon received my food along with an apology for the wait (very nice).
Upon finishing my delectable feast, I stood up to throw away my garbage and place the tray in the proper shelf. During that action, Gavin walked up to me and offered to take both the tray and the garbage. At this point I am blushing, agreeing to the tray, but not the garbage.
Overall, a fantastic experience. All names mentioned in this review are accurate (not absolutely certain about spelling).
Haven't tried Taco Bell for years but I wanted to taste the chalupa. It was good and I'd buy it again. The dining room was very clean but the staff were barely civil. They did nothing to make you feel welcome or appreciated.
This location is new. The service is terrible. They take forever to make your food. I waited almost 15 minutes for two $5 boxes then had to ask for cups of sour cream and onions as I paid to have them added and they were not. The tacos barely had and meat in them the dining room was so dirty. I will drive further next time for a better experience.
Update 3/2/2020 : this location has come up a lot since it opened. There are always a lot of teens hanging here after school hours since the high school is next door but it is usually not an issue. The dining room has been clean the past couple times I have gone and they have been great about getting our order correct. I am updating them to 4 stars from 1.
