Excellent service overall. We came-in earlier than our assigned appointment time for a medical examination, and everything went smoothly. Props to Dr. Navarrete (who also happens to have the same last name as me 😂) for her awesome job. She has been a very helpful and considerate health professional. I totally recommend her for your next visit 😊

Found this place and they saw me right away.
Dr Yanez saw me , did a thorough workup and put me at ease. Prescribed some medication, and I had peace of mind that I was ok, staff was friendly, place was professional, clean and great service . So glad I found him when I needed. Bad to just think feeling bad will just go away . The next day I was ready to resume vacation feeling much better. He even called me personally to see how I was feeling
WOW. now I have a place in Orlando and an excellent Doctor there!

I finally found a Doctor that really care for my health, Frank Yanez by far the best in Central Florida, after few bad experiences with another providers I end up at VIP FAMILY PRACTICE. Frank takes time to listen and explain and make sure you understand everything. Thanks Frank and team keep up your great job.

Amazing service and great staff the doctors are amazing
Dr. Yanez is very knowledgeable, courteous and treats you like a friend. The intake nurse as well. I had questions and they were not in a rush to dismiss me to get the next patient. That is a very positive thing.
I do agree that a couple of receptionists very noticeably showed lack of patience towards patients but that was about it.
