We've been coming to America for 10yrs and never stepped foot in a Popeye's. I cannot believe we haven't because it is now my favourite place to eat. The fries are immense! This Kissimmee restaurant was perfect, food was cooked to perfection. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We ended up coming back the next day.

We hit this as a late night dinner our second night in Florida. The food was not fresh so the following day we returned the food the lady at the drive through told us to return the next day and she would replace his meal. Here it is today Chris took our receipt at the drive through after a short wait he returned to our vehicle with our entire meal hot and fresh. Thank you Popeyes team! We thank you for the great service.. Customer service like this makes me happy we will be sure and return with the whole family before we leave ❤️ .

This is THE BEST Popeyes I have ever been to.. The nuggets were LARGE, fresh and hot. I visited at lunch time and service was fast.. My local Popeye is on Lee rd but I no longer go there.. At dinner they never have nuggets or I wait 7 minutes.. Small nuggets is all I can get. And the service is affedup.

All the Popeyes need to take cooking lessons and customer service skills from this store. My brother would have agreed that this stores food tastes the best. I have eaten at many Popeyes from Louisiana to all over the East Coast. The chicken weren't greasy, and the sides tasted wonderful. My 5 yr old son, for the first time, finished 4 bone wings and kept saying these are good! Great job store manager for not serving nothing you wouldn't eat.

Popeyes’ fried chicken is awesome and this unit is one which follow the pattern. The cleanliness must be improved. Went on a Sunday night and it was very dirty.

Chris was an excellent server. When arriving there was a custom who had 2 big difficult orders. The customers weren't the nicest and started to hold up the line. Chris not only handled them politely but also was able to help the others customers. I wish I could of tipped him very excellent worker.

Was decent all around for a typical Popeyes. Clean enough, staff was quick enough. My 1 and only complaint was that I bought a 8 piece spicey meal, spent $40 and the chicken was so dry, to me it was inedible. Often I'll specify exactly what I want but I've never had this issue at Popeyes before as it was not just the white meat but thighs and legs were even dry.
