Sol de Borinquen is an excellent place to sample Puerto Rican food. It is a bakery and you will find many pastry options here, and you can also dine here. Although there are chairs and tables, it is not a traditional table service restaurant, you may liken it more to a cafeteria dining experience.

Great food, great service, but the Coffee it’s not good at all 🤗
As a Gringa married to a Puertorriquepña I have been exposed to this food at home and other restaurants, not to mention the island itself. This food is so delicious I had to say so every bite I took.
The desserts very delicious. The food tastes good, but it's not very hot. I did not like the coffee and I went on two occasions hoping for an improvement in the coffee and in the temperature of the food and it remains the same... When they improve in this I will let you know.
Yea, it's in the industrial park next to Imeca headwear store. Authentic latin cuisine.
It's all here. I got a #2 Bitec plate with a Kola champayne for $8. They give a genouros portion, enough to eat half now and save the rest for later. Ill be back for the pastries another day. Somehow there was no line yet I found myself waiting 5 mins to be tended too(everybody was busy?)... No bueno pero la food was great and worth the tiny wait. Great people, 5 stars!

The food was fantastic! The staff was friendly. The place was super busy at lunch, but cleared out shortly after 1pm. Since I got there towards the end of lunch rush, sandwiches took some time, but totally worth it. (4⭐ for the wait, 5⭐ for the food!)

Got the Mofongo with Pechuga!! So delicious! Dessert selection is awesome. Flavors are fantastic. Will definately be my go to for Spanish Food
