We’ve been to many Dunkin’s in Orlando and Kissimmee and this one is the best! It’s spacious and clean. They have variety of donuts and ice cream, plus the service is great. They have plenty personnel and they serve you fast. It’s usually packed in the mornings and mid day, but they are on it. I wish everyone that’s satisfied would leave a review. Food and beverages are good, we’ve never had a problem with quality. I’ve seen other Dunkin’s where employees look like they don’t wanna be there or even work, and takes forever to pay and get your stuff. Not here, I live in the area and visit it often, and they are friendly with good service. My boyfriend lives in Orlando and he rather come to this Dunkin that the ones in his area.
I LOVE Dunkin, and this is one of the many best locations I’ve been to. This store is on point with everything and the food is fresh. I also love the layout of the donut section, it looks like you’re walking into a bakery.
I have never been to a better Dunkin location. Every day I come in, the employees know me by name and have my order memorized. The manager is one of the best I've ever know. She is so kind and sweet, even though some of the customers at this place can be horrendous. She still handles them with poise and grace. This will ALWAYS be my favorite location.

They forgot to do one of the drinks I order so have to go and deal with that but otherwise service was good,all employees were friendly and apologize a lot to me,donuts were good too!
Anytime Breakfast is a huge plus!! Also the drive thru has a nice exit to Osceola Pkwy!!
Can't beat a late night espresso and some ice cream... 4 stars!
I feel as if they upgrade the place. It was fully stocked - big plus. Most of the DD I go to never have this or that. Really like their mango ice cream. Customer service was also good.
