Wow. This is a great German restaurant. My wife had a schnitzel dish, and it was amazing. I opted for brats with proper German potato salad and sauerkraut. The beer flight was top notch with the grapefruit variety being my wife’s favorite. Thankfully, we live close by. I highly recommend this restaurant to any visitor to the area and locals alike.

This is a great place to get traditional German food. We had found this place by accident and it was amazing. The Food is awesome. The owners are very friendly. Prices are great.
We totally recommend going here for lunch or dinner. We definitely will come back again.

This place is fantastic. The food is very authentic and delicious. The owners work the restaurant, they are German and very friendly. I would recommend you try the sampler for 2. You get a great variety of different dishes to try.

Best German food I've had outside of Germany.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming. There are a few German beers on tap, and some bottles as well, priced reasonably. The menu is very short, which means that every dish is executed well because the kitchen isn't trying to make 100 different items. Started with potato pancakes, which are quite substantial but not overly heavy. I had the Jäegerschnitzel, the schnitzel had a good crunch and well-seasoned breading, and the sauce complimented it well. The spätzle is adequate, as are the potato salad and sauerkraut. Also had two bratwurst that were excellent.
The only downside is that I was so full I couldn't have dessert. The desserts going to other customers looked great, though.
The hours are also a bit inconvenient as they close early (8pm), but definitely worth it.
Masks aren't required; if you're offended by this, you should probably get delivery or pass entirely instead of acting appalled and rating this excellent restaurant poorly.

What a find! We happened to see the sign one day and decided to try German Grill for dinner, and we are so glad we did. The food was amazingly delicious and fresh. I haven’t had German food that good since my trip to Germany. The owner was adorable and super friendly. If we come back to town we definitely be back here.
