The place is pristine clean, the staff is friendly, fast, and very helpful. The ice cream and banana splits are worth the price. High quality and excellent customer service . Better than homemade and the staff cares.

Went to this Baskin Robbins last week for a delicious cup of icecream. All was good and well until the cashier (I believe her name was Darlene?) was being snotty. It took me a minute to decide on my flavor and she was visibly getting impatient with me. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a taste of one of the flavors. When I got my icecream, she audibly sighed at me. Everyone else seemed to be nice though. I don't know what crawled up her a** that morning.

The women behind the counter tonight 11/23 was so rude she was not helping her coworker at all i am from india and we are visitng and she was so very rude that she could not understand my son and asked if someone else could order for him she was heavy set and dark skinned she wouldnt tell name but she gave us a horrible experiance in US kingman the other little girl with short hair was fantastic and took over for fat girl

The girl behind the counter was so rude her name was darleen and she had no customer service. I called before i came in to make sure they had what i wanted and she kept sighing over the phone and then was clearly annoyed when i came in

i mean it was okay. i've had better, but this was good. i had quite an enjoyable time here. the seats did have a smell to them, but other than that, my experience was okay. would recommend to a friend. i personally would go here again with my family. 4/5 stars. good job

My kids love going here as a treat. They always love the flavors and they like the free samples. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the store is clean, and the menu is great. My 7 year old gave it 8 stars out of 10: he thinks it needs a craft station and a video game station as well.
