Chipotle Mexican Grill

Placed an online order. Realized it was incorrect once at home. Went back to the store to get the correct order. Spoke with the gen. manager. This is what was received as a replacement of the original incorrect online order. This order was so poorly put together! This picture is taken right after unwrapping the foil, which by the way was even wrapped poorly. Very little chicken. Very disappointed!

Chipotle was our go to after a long day at work and didn't feel like cooking dinner stop. Night was ridiculous, no beans of any type, literally scrapped up the last on the chicken that was half as much on a normal day. Actually opened the bowl at the register to show how tiny the serving was and asked for a discount do to the size. The cashier just keep saying we are the busiest Chipotle in the district. I recognize they are busy but serving half orders for full price is simply unacceptable. We will not ever go back.

I’ve placed a order on line three times now each time I’ve placed a order there has been a missing item I’ll order double meat and it looks like regular and it’s never ready when we get there love the store but they really need to get some better people to put together the meals because this is crazy!
