Wendy's

I was in the drive thru line WAITING, just waiting for 45 minutes..I finally get up to the speaker and tell them I had a mobile order, - By the time I got the food, (add 15 more minutes of waiting). The food was colder than a woman Is to her husband when she finds out he’s been cheating on her for 6 months..I have mouths to feed…My 3&5 year old couldn’t even bite into those concrete blocks they call buns…My teenager almost lost a tooth trying to eat the burger from the $5 biggie bag…I called and told them this was just asinine…And from the way the woman answered the phone she clearly already knew they had messed up the order.. But they decided to give it out anyways. I ended up going back only to yet again receive cold burgers that had supposedly been remade..I waited 15 minutes by the red gate for my food, Then another 10 minutes after being boxed in by their drive thru line again. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere please.

I recently rediscovered Wendy's. I haven't been there in a while. I regret that now. Their new breakfast menu is phenomenal and delicious. As for lunch... I cannot stress enough how great their french fries are. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Soooo delicious!!! Burgers are fantastic too. I can't wait to go again. My new favorite fast food restaurant.

I usually ask for my food fresh, but I didn't today. First off, the meat on my burger was luke warm. Not hot at all, so I no it was passed the allowed time in the grill. It supposed to be discarded or used for chili meat. I used to work at wendys for a couple of years. Then the nuggets were passed their time limit. They're were kind of hard so I discarded them myself. This Wendy's need to work on food temperature. This ain't the first time I've had this problem. The problem for me this the only wendys close by where I leave. Every since I left Georgia and came to Killeen, it's been nothing but bad food experiences. The only good experiences I've had was at the Killeen food truck park.. This is a sad city when it comes to food choices.

The service was good. The only complaint I have is that one of our sandwiches was made wrong. We did the drive thru and were on a time crunch so we didn't go back, especially since the issue was something left off the burger so it was annoying but not serious. The new fries are very tasty and seem to stay crispy longer.
