This is what they handed me without out ice. They never told me when I was taking my order the ice machine was down. I had to get off to ask them why was my drink like that. They told me ice machine was down. I told them I wanted a refund and they were so busy I didn’t get it. This place is always slow and the quality is always bad ! They need to get more workers I get that it’s not their fault only 2 girls working on a busy day!

This Dunkin is ridiculous. They can't even make their basic "off the menu" items. Ever time I go in there they make my drink wrong. Pictured is the Salted Carmel Iced Latte. I think their missing something. I have tried to give them a chance time after time but I'm through with them.

Placed an order on the app to just walk in and pick it up. They said my order was ready when the food was not even done and only had 1 of 2 drinks ready. Then they come tell me they do not have all the ingredients for food, their new special sandwich. When the food did arrive the bread on the pesto grill cheese (their special that they lack ingredients for) is soggy.

Went thru drive thru and ordered a black ice tea, bacon bits, hash browns and got dog thingy. Bacon is microwaveable bacon... Not fresh🤦♀️ hash browns were good. Tea was rough. No sweetener and they didn't even ask. I had to honk my horn to get their attention for napkins. No masks nor enforced.
Even after saying thank you to drive thru attendant, she just kept speaking to someone and didn't even acknowledge.
Place didn't look too clean either. Which blows my mind because it looks brand new from outside.
Doubt I'll return. They need additional training🤷♀️ be better DD.

Been here before. Left a bad review. Wife wanted to go.here for mother's day breakfast. The food wasn't good. Paid 15$ to throw it all away. She now understands why I didn't want to take her here. There is no effort. The food presentation is disappointing and the taste is even worse. I must be coming on the wrong days.

One thing I will never be okay with is up charge. This location this morning decided to charge for EVERYTHING cream , sugar, whip cream , caramel. A $2.79 coffee should NOT go from that to $5.78! Oh learn how to talk to customers! Because I asked a question there’s no need to be RUDE! Will never come back to this robbery

The way the supposed “Assistant Manager” (Alexis) speaks to her employees is insane and abruptly disrespectful. I was waiting on my coffee and I heard something along the lines of “I will write you up no hesitations.” And the girl was doing the best she could. Her facial expressions are rude as well she seems to be annoyed. She has a bad attitude and no respect. I was going to let my daughter work here but after seeing that absolutely not! Should be corrected immediately.

If I could give 0 starts I would! I called today to ask a question, the lady that answered had a horrible attitude. When we do get drinks here, they are different every single time. The other day, they handed my wife Splenda for our mobile order and said “we don’t put them in”. We visit multiple DD in the area, and not another store has ever done that. More than half the time, they don’t have donuts, even at 9am. I thought that was what Dunkin specialized in, guess I’m wrong
