That’s my second time at Wendy’s franchise… and I liked it – again !
The stuff is friendly and is doing a good job.
The burger (double stack) presented quite well and tasted good; 2 patties, a slice of cheese (cheddar?), pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard. The fries, we’re great, had a good taste and crunchiness.
The frozen chocolate tasted very good. Though the straws are not suitable for that. Please either give a spoon or bigger straws !
Also I tasted the chili Nuggets. They turned out ok, but not „brilliant“. Just „ok“.
The Ghost Pepper Sauce/Dip is kind of nice. You can serve yourself ketchup. I don’t know if they do refill.
Restrooms are clean.
The restaurant itself was clean, but not really inviting to stay. Shades or a few more seatings outside would be nice.
Mobile order works good, though I believe is prepared as you arrive. But also it seems I hade an unusual ordering process, so I needed to tell 'em by arrival.
One little downside, was the stuff searching for my bill in the trash and taped it on the bag, well…!?
I was expecting the worst after seeing so many negative reviews regarding this Wendy's location, but fortunately I had no issues with my late-night, post-bar hopping visit. It was just a 5-minute wait for my meal, and it came out as hot and delicious as I wanted it to.
The food was good. I had a spicy burger, pleasantly spicy. However, the service was okay; the people at the cash register didn't seem very enthusiastic. The atmosphere could be better, but it's not a large place. So, eat and hit the road! 🤣
Have not had fast food burgers in a long time but have to say the burgers were fantastic. Fresh tasty lettuce, Tomato and onion and baps the same. Service was excellent as well. Recommend.
Im a long time local that really enjoys this Wendy’s. Moise and his staff are always a delight to see. They serve up great food with a smile. Best deal on Duval for sure.
This Wendy's is fantastic and right on Duval. I told the workers there that this was the best food and service we've had at Wendy's in a really long time. If the owners see this be proud of your staff!
Had an awesome experience here the other day! Person helping us was super friendly and even gave my son a new frosty when he dropped it. Cobb salad was great.
The best Wendy’s! The crew works hard day and night & they deal with drunks day & night and despite that, the food quality is better than any other Wendy’s I’ve ever had!
This Wendy's on Duval is way over priced compared to the other location on Truman towards the airport. But I get it, they make their money off the drunk people coming back from the bars.
Moise was very pleasant and welcoming. He took our order and we received our food in a timely manner. My family and I were very pleased with our service.
