This is a great place to grab a drink and a steak dinner. Moderately priced, great steaks and huge loaded potatoes. What more can one ask for? The service was prompt and friendly and the food was great! Open kitchen is awesome as well! I had the ribeye and a loaded potato and left very satisfied. You’ve got to check this place out!

I can see why Pioneer Saloon is a Sun Valley staple. It was worth the more than an hour wait to enjoy the steaks, sides and atmosphere of the saloon. The host team was friendly, the service was mostly attentive, and the food was well portioned and wonderful. I would recommend getting there early to get your name on the list, and enjoying the Pioneer Saloon on your next trip to Sun Valley!

Iconic Pioneer Saloon is well known to locals and visitors. No reservations accepted so the wait for a table is part of the experience. Always crowded, a meeting place and great food. Best shrimp I've had. Get it with the Beef Kabob.

Absolutely 💯 amazing meal! We ordered Halibut, Sirloin steak. Grilled Prawns (which are HUGE) and it came with salad, rice and fresh grilled veggies. THE BLUE cheese Dressing was incredible! It is homemade! I highly recommend Pioneer for dinner!

Medium pretty much says it all, overpriced and medium across the board. Had to wait until meal was done to get a second drink. My wife liked her salmon but prime rib was served cool and really didn't have any flavor. Unfortunately it seems the more you spend in this town the worse the food and service gets. Stay with the pubs and pizza. I've had steak and great meals all over the world that have been great, unfortunately couldn't find a good steak or decent service at all in Ketchum area.

Easily the best place for dinner in Ketchum. They don't take reservations so get there early. If you want to sound like a local say you're going to the Pie-o for dinner.

For dinner, I ordered the steak and shrimp kabob. Very tasty, iced tea to drink. Dinner comes with rustic bread and butter and a salad. Your choice of vegetables or rice. The rice was great. Xtra$ huge baked potato with toppings, bacon,sour cream and onion on the side. Good times.
