This restuarant was by far better than the surrounding chain I went to. The 2 others where 1)I had to decline the transactions due to the lack of Customer Care and down right unpleasant attitude. 2nd) old cold food after my 2 requests for fresh food. The young woman Kay deliberately made my KFC visit pleasant and my food was very satisfying. - "sorry for the negative views just using as perspective"
And the McDonalds over there never ever ever again.

As much as I used to enjoy KFC, I just can't eat it anymore. Too greasy!!

Drive through order taker kept interrupting. Repeated back order so fast couldn't understand him. Order ended up incomplete. No apologies for inconvenience of having to go back. Food was good.

First time at KFC in a long time honestly. Was a quick drive thru, everything was correct, all employees were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go here again in the future.
