Burger King

If there was an option to give zero ⭐️ I would have chosen it. The employees that worked on 8/25/2021 in the afternoon at this restaurant are immature, lazy, careless, and disrespectful! This is the worst food I’ve had all year and I’m beyond disgusted with what I ended up with after leaving the drive-thru in my bag! I will NEVER eat here again! I will advise everyone I know, and anyone that reads this to steer clear of this Burger King. Can’t even rank which this visit was worse for…. Food or service…. They are neck and neck….Not to mention they got our order incorrect too! That’s ok though…. It was so gross tasting it ended up in the trash! Old, old fries, flat pop, burgers incorrect toppings…..

Worst burger king ever!! Please believe the review when you see it. It’s 2.7 stars for a reason. Rude customer service, close and open on their own time…not sure how this location still open. I had a great morning until I went to get breakfast at this location this morning, the lady gave me attitude for no reason, please save yourself time and drive to another location. They clearly don’t want to work here.

Got skipped in the drive thru twice, then they screwed up my order had to go through the drive thru a second time and wait, and they still got it wrong. When I called to complain she told me I said something I wouldn't even eat? Why would I tell you something I wouldn't even eat? So they refused to give me a credit. All burger kings have gone down hill. You work at burger King, how hard is your job that you can't get a whopper with cheese plain right? Yet my receipt is accurate

The woman at the drive thru window failed to inform me that the cup she was handing me was over filled and it spilled all down my arm. At no point did she apologize she simply stated it was overfilled as is was spilling down my arm. She didn’t even offer me napkins even after she saw the drink spill on me. I ordered onion rings and got blobs of dough is my guess ?? Bad service this visit, been here one other time and service was great. Hope her day gets better!!

Only have 5 stars so this review would be seen. This BK is absolute trash. The employees close the store almost an hour early because they clearly just want to sit and get paid to do nothing. Open til 9 but close at 8 and when I called to ask why the employees refused to allow me to speak to a manager, swore at me and hung up the phone. They either need to get an entire new staff or shut this location down completely. BK corperate needs to do something about this. 🤬🤬

Usually I do not have an issue here. But today (Aug 29, 2021 at 4:43pm). I went to bk and it took them 20 minutes to complete my order. The drive threw worker (a tall African American man) said nothing to us and was not friendly at all. We were at least told to pull around (which was confusing cause at the time their was no one there but us). Once they finally brought us our food, they forgot our drinks. The guy who brought us our food was nice and said he would go get some. The drive through worker came out like 5-10 minutes later finally bringing our drinks to us. But to top everything off, the guy said nothing again and forgot one of the straws. I don't care who you are, but that is not how ANY store should be run. I've worked fast food before. And I know it can get hard, but literally this time there was no reason for any of this to take long. And they even forgot my bnq sauce too.

closed by 6pm at least the last 2 weeks I have tried to grab dinner there. Everyone is understaffed these days- but all the burger kings in the Kenosha area have been horribly ran and careless staff the last 3 years. I think it is a CORPORATE issue not as much of a covid issue, as I'm sure that is what they are blaming it on. Buck up and figure it out - there's obviously people who want to purchase from your establishment if you'd give them the chance too.
