Not only was my bacon burnt to an almost literally crisp, the service there was trash. The employees, Isaiah and Komal were very rude and very unprofessional when I asked for a refund because I was over charged. They took my receipt, yelled at me, and refused to refund me or give me the managers phone number or email. Completely disgusted, never going there again.

Although the staff was friendly the person that was fixing my sandwich does not know how to follow the order. My sandwich is just slimy with mayonnaise way too much mayonnaise and I asked to have the pepper relish none whatsoever and no other toppings basically just meat cheese and a whole bunch of damn mayonnaise… Yuck!!! And he was slow. I was the only customer in the store.

Today was the first time I've ever tried Cousins and I'm sold. My Chicken BLT was so good, way better than anything you get at Subway (yuck), and their shakes are awesome. Loved the garlic herb bread. Will definitely order from here again in the future!

Horrible! Changing my review as of 6.25.22. I ordered from the cousin's app and my food was never delivered. I called the location and they said there is nothing we can do about it and you will have to reach out and figure it out and if you want it again you will have to reorder it. Please refund my money and provide a gift card for this inconvenience. This is the order number and I stated in the directions to go in the store and ask for Holly.

It's really good food but the portions are very slim and they look nothing like the pictures. Here is the first picture they have online which is the pork and gouda sandwich.
