This review is for the Pleasant Prairie, WI restaurant on Friday, October 2, 2020 at approximately 7:30 pm.
The store areas were fine. No noticeable issues. However, the restaurant itself needs work. The silverware was dirty with food particles and nasty water spots on every place setting. We had a party of six and requested every place setting to be replaced. The southern fried chicken was terrible. It was Luke warm and extremely fatty. In addition, the mashed potatoes were cold and had a skin on them from sitting out for hours. Three others ordered the mashed potatoes and all were terrible.
No one in our party thought the food here was good. It’s about the lowest quality food a sit down restaurant could have. Stay clear of Cracker Barrel. I recommend Cheddars just off the interstate instead. You will get much more for your money.

I meet my mom here for lunch quite often! We enjoyed our time together, as always. Very friendly service and really yummy, homey food. Our waitress was awesome, as well!

WOW I had Diane as a server and what an amazing job she did. A few things were not right but she jumped on it and made it correct fast. I will go out of my way to come to this location just for the great service.

Food is good, not the best I've ever had but it's good. Their store it's nice during the holidays I enjoyed walking around looking at what they had. Dinning area was a little too dark for my taste but I get the theme of a cabin so not a big deal overall my girlfriend and I had a good first experience.

We were a party of 3. Every meal was hot, fresh, and delicious! The Friday fish fry dinner was absolutely wonderful.

Excellent as always. The holiday country fried turkey holiday seasonal special was very tasty, as was the Duke's Mayo special cheeseburger. Great friendly service and reasonable prices. One of our go-to places when traveling.

It was good when l arrived to pick it up it was ready to go. The thing is I told the person who took my order l want it gravy on the side not on the food at all they still put gravy on my chicken. They all were nice and helpful.
