My first time here. Very nice. Staff was excellent. Friendly and welcoming. The sushi was fresh and a good amount for the cost. Tasty and will return for sure. Julie was such a good person to talk with in reference the restaurant and area.

PLEASE DISREGARD ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW WRITTEN ABOUT HONADA. I have been here h u n d r e d s of times over the past 11 years. Why do you think I keep coming back? For every birthday, holiday, anniversary? This is the restaurant that made me fall in love with sushi. Anyone who says their service was bad, or they weren’t addressed when they walked into the restaurant, or the staff didn’t do anything about issues with food, must have had their eyes closed when they walked in and are writing a review about the wrong restaurant. Food will come out early or cold from time to time; that’s a product of going to a good, busy restaurant. I’d bet the farm that bringing the problem to the staff’s attention will get your food either remade or comped. This is my go to, and I will live and die by this food, atmosphere, and staff. Fast and delicious food, world class service, and an overall 5 star dining experience. HONADA FOREVER.

For appetizers we ordered edamame, shrimp tempura, and yam tempura.
I ordered one of the sashimi courses (I forgot which one) which came with a salad and miso soup, and eel nigiri.
My wife ordered the Green Bay Packer Roll.
I was stationed in Japan twice, 5 years total. My wife and I recently moved back stateside from Japan and we both agreed that the meal was really good and brought us back to Japan.
The salad was good, the miso soup tasted like the miso soup we had all the time in Japan, the sashimi was fresh, the tempura shrimp and yam was amazing..
What surprised me the most was the Packer Roll. I don’t like to eat sushi in the US because I feel there’s too much and too many different sauces and ingredients on the rolls which hides the fish flavor. Not here and at least not the Packer Roll. We were able to taste all the natural ingredients which we really enjoyed because it tasted like traditional Japanese sushi.
We both really like this place and we’re glad it’s right by our house. We’ll definitely be back.

Sushi is fantastic. The sashimi was fabulous and they offer a cucumber rolled sushi for a healthier option (Naruto).
They don’t have free refills.
The place it’s kids friendly and offer different options for them. Including fried rice.
We were sited fast after we arrived.

First time dining at Honada for a team lunch.
Excellent experience - quick service and tasty, fresh rolls. Large menu selection available. Everything we tried was great!

Had a wonderful and amazing experience with my daughter here.
Good service and excellent food, very well prepared & freshly delivered to us within quite a few moments of requesting.
Of course the hibachi was nice to watch and enjoy seeing worked also.
All in all, very nice place; And quite well placed together. =)

This place is the absolute best sushi I’ve ever had in my whole life. I swear to you. It’s famous for a reason. Customer service is amazing, the wait is never long even if they have a rush of people, the hibachi is extremely entertaining to watch, etc. I go with my boyfriend every other week. The prices are amazing and the taste of everything is even better. This place warms my heart.
