Always a great place to eat! Fresh and consistent when it comes to their food. Although the staff is very busy, the still take time to ask you about your meal and make sure all is OK. Keep up the good work!

Burgers were good. Bacon cheese fries were okay, there were big pieces of bacon with barely any cheese not what I was expecting. The place needs a deep cleaning! Floors were sticky, tables dirty, bathroom was gross.

Just went into order and this is the second time in a month that the food prep order person had an unfriendly demeanor. The milkshake machine is out of service again. Definitely lacking management.

We go out of our way to eat at the kennet square location. They always get out our order right, which comes with a lot of special instructions because I'm picky.

This particular one wasn't that good. I believe we were in Concordville. They got my order wrong and the tater total had no taste. No salt or anything. All the other ones I've been to are pretty good.

Food was pretty good, but when I opened my bacon cheese fries it was whole bacon strips, and I was not expecting that at all, I would have thought that they would have shredded it first then put it on the fries

Their burgers are good, but my only personal problem is they are too small. I need 2 or 3 of their burgers to fill me up and that can cost up to $24 just me alone.

Excellent burger and great service. The bacon fries were not great, but the burger made up for it.
