Came in on Monday around happy hour time. Clean and the cashiers were nice. Bonus: the double cheeseburger actually looked like the commercial for once lol

Seems the workers make their own hours. Sometimes they're closed an hour before closing, sometimes 30 minutes. Sometimes they're open but turn all the lights off to dissuade people from coming. The reason is they're "short staffed". Just seems like they choose not to do the job they were hired to do.

Today their register gave them lots of trouble and it created a bit of a wait, but with a smile on their face, they worked to make it right and were so incredibly kind and apologetic. They take ownership of an obstacle where most places do far less for far worse. Good on them

Stopped by your facility on the way to work and ordered a croissant. After getting my food halfway into eating my sandwich I felt a hard substance and I immediately spit it out finding a hard white/beige object. About an hour later I had the worst headache and stomach was upset.

How do you mess up a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a chicken biscuit! Drove all the way home to be disappointed. I hate chicken biscuit sandwiches.

The manager today at the time of 4:00 pm, was extremely unprofessional. As a dasher, I approached her for my order and she rudely told me that it was not there and I was at the wrong location. Then after verifying that it was, she fixed the order and sat it on the pick up counter without acknowledging that it was mine. She watched me wait until I inquired if it was my customer’s order on the counter. I also watched the employees and the manager, stare at the only black girl there while she was taking her break. I used to live in this town and I can always sense when I’m not wanted or just extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t expect such disrespect from a manager. Sad.
