Most of the time the food is great... But look at these photos. What is this? Come on, guys. :/ This is terrible. It's stringy and it was put together so sloppily I couldn't put the sandwich back together myself.
I love Panera but I'm probably not getting that sandwich again. I don't know if it was the cooks or not because the soup and everything else was really good... But I had to throw the sandwich away. I've decided to update my review to 2 stars because at the end of the day, Panera is a restaurant and good quality matters. Worst Panera I've been to, as they're usually pretty good. The awesome guy at the counter takes no heat from this review.

absolutely horrible. i ordered chicken salad & mac & cheese & my boyfriend ordered the teriyaki bowl. it was 30 dollars for my sandwich to have this much chicken salad, plus, it was wrong. by the time i had gotten my food, i, & others, were yelled at by the lady preparing the food. i was too hungry to tell her my food was wrong. i asked for a croissant & no tomatoes & as you can see, that was wrong. customer service is awful at this panera & serving size was very small for the price. i would not recommend this place to anyone! Do better!

I ordered a pick up of 2 sandwiches and a soup approximately 30-40 mins before closing. This is one of our usual orders which is generally good. The sandwiches were extremely dry and flavorless. It was prepared sloppily with many ingredients missing. Not only was it dry they didn't add basics like pickles, sides and croutons too. Unfortunately since it was a pick up I didn't check all this then and there. Got to know only after reaching home. It was a complete waste of time and money. Disappointed!

I just worked a long day and I'm hungry on my way home so I called them to place my order so that I could just pick it up on my way home. They asked me if I could give them a credit card over the phone but since I was driving and that wasn't safe, I told them no. They said that I would just have to wait until I got there to place my order. That completely defeats the purpose of calling ahead. If they don't want my business I'm taking it somewhere else. Stupid business decision.

Great place to eat. The employee Maddie was great! She is polite ,kind and very professional. Keep up the great work 😀. Her customer service was on point!!!!!! It’s good to recognize people when they do a awesome job🥰.

Please tell me why when I went into this location yesterday at 10:30a.m. to pick up a Togo order they told me rudely they didn’t open until 10:45 . Looks like the employees were late and didn’t want to open until they were good and ready . Also 10:45 !? 😆 No restaurant opens at 10:45 if you would’ve said 11:00 I may have fallen for it and it would’ve given you an extra 15 minutes to scurry around to get open .

A great place for a quick healthy meal. I love that the menu shows you the calorie count for all their meals. They have lots of healthy options and they consistently rotate menu options. The Green Goddess Cobb Salad is super tasty and all the ingredients are fresh. I especially like the pickled onions.
