Taco Time Nw

Ordered a pinto bean burrito and a medium coke. I drive away and take a big sip of what I think is coke and is dr. Pepper and I’m highly allergic to artificial cherry flavoring then I go back and get my coke. Finally get back to work on my already limited lunch time and my burrito is beef instead of bean. They mess up my order every time and my receipt reflects the right items and the guy always working the window doesn’t care

Love this place!! Love that they have been ahead of the industry in limiting waste. Did u kniw for over 15 years their "garbage" has been almost 100 percent compostable!! Before everyone else was working to limit what was going into landfills these guys had already figured it out and had everything going into compost!! Literally everything except the small foil ketchup packets can go into compost. Also all their ingredients are bought locally, not only helping local farmers but reducing the emissions from trucks driving all over the country bringing in the cheapest ingredients. They pay fair wages and benefits to employees. This is a place i am not only happy to spend my money because i know the company is doing good with my money but i am also proud it is a Seattle based company. Not to mention the food is great the employees are always friendly and helpful this really is the gold standard not only for the priorities/standards that corporate chooses to keep but also the best fast food the best mexican food... Really the best of everything they do!! If that makes sense.

Cutting corners to pay for the remodel? After waiting 15+ minutes for an enchilada platter, and a classic veggie burrito, I was told there was no "veggie mix" for the veggie burrito. They asked me if I was OK not having the veggie mix and just take the burrito with the other stuff. After some back and forth we settled on them adding some more shredded lettuce to fill out the rest of the burrito. I had the enchilada platter a few days before and thought the bag of chips was a bit light. This time I checked and saw the bag was only 1/4 filled, if that much, and asked for a few more chips to go with my platter. I was baffled when they shot me down, saying they are only supposed to put EIGHT chips in each bag. Not only did they take forever for the order, they also were not able to fulfill it. I figured it was a given they'd just add a few more chips, but not a chance. I got home a bit annoyed because my enchilada platter got cold while they figured out what to do about the burrito. Also, it turns out there was only seven chips, SEVEN! Crazy right? I have never eaten at a place so stingy with chips in my life. I have no idea if this is a change since the remodel started to try and update the outside of the building to keep up with the new community center across the street or what. For all I know they have been stingy forever, since I've never had chips there until a few days ago. You might be thinking... "What the heck? This guy is raving about chips?" Take a look at the photos and judge for yourself. Either put more chips in the bag or order smaller bags so people don't feel like there must clearly have been a mistake. With all of that said, I was pleased enough with the enchilada platter to get one again just a few days later. The chips though, that will keep me from ordering again.

This place is ridiculous!! The drive thru is the slowest EVER! Employees not very competent, don’t care. Food is fine. We haven’t come yet in 6 months because poor quality of service, over and over. Thought it might have changed, NOT! We have literally waited 25 minutes at the window & there are 2 customers in the restaurant 😡 Edit: 2 orders of BARELY cooked me I fries after waiting 25 MINUTES!!!!
