Serafim's Greek On The Street

I was looking for some Greek lemon chicken soup Avgolemeno (αβγολέμονο) and I found this little gem. The soup was outstanding. It reminded me of my grandmother's that she used to make. Surprisingly they had Texas Red Hots. Seraphim (Sam) fixed one up for me and boy was it very good. The char on the dog was perfect and the mustard and onion complemented the delicious Greek spiced red hot sauce. The sauce was nice and thick and the flavor was superb. Anastasia was a great host and we enjoyed a conversation on Greece. This brother and sister team know how to make Greek food and a righteous Texas Red Hot. You won't go wrong here. If you want a great red hot or Greek food or even both then make this place your next stop.

Bare bones interior with tasty food and fast, friendly service. I had the Greek Burger Deluxe which was quite good (pictured). The fries are cheap crinkle cut with no salt and the taste of old oil - room for improvement there. The salads are large with very fresh lettuce and quite a bit of meat, but a bit lacking in accoutrements.
