Went through drive thru asked for two tartar sauce, with our order. employee assured me they were in bag and they were not. She stared at sauce which it was overly warm, seemed like she had doubts on its freshness but handed it me anyway. Very dissapointed. , could not eat with my cold 🍟!

Unbelievable! No refills on drinks for dine-in customers. Instead you have to stand in line and purchase another. Wasteful, since another cup is used. Annoying since my food turned cold while waiting when I could have just got me a refill from the machine in the dining room that is turned off due to abject and disgusting greed. Way to stick it to the poors. Eff you Kenmore McDonald’s.

how is that even possible?
before the pandemic.............full inside and busy drive thru and either way......walk in or drive thru, it was fast and simple.
now.......little or no walk in, half the drive thru traffic, and 25 mins?????
pathetic to say the least.

2 stars for 2 messed up orders in a 24 hour period, I highly recommend double checking the bags before they had them out *employees* and patrons double check to make sure they didn't bork it up.

I ordered the food delivery, when I opened the box of Big Mac, it looks like it was made couple days ago and use microwave to re-heat it and sell to me. The bread is hard as a rock! The cabbages, what are those? Really?
