Hand tossed pizza was with very thick and wide edges. Only less than 50% was with toppings and edible! It was not crisp at all (which was requested). What a waste!

I am very disappointed that crust flavoring is no longer available. It was a big taste factor so I may order from other franchises more often now. We get 2 pizzas usually once a week.

Had bad service I was told to be there at a certain time and I waited over 20 minutes no one brought out my pizza so I went in it had been sitting in the back the whole time very busy and not enough people

Amazing experience, manager and the other employee on staff were so nice.
After the MAJOR issue with the timberland blvd location I will never return. Keller parkway will forever get my business. They not only offered to fix what the other store messed up, but also deal with the hassle to get my refund.
This is a great group of guys and they deserve the recognition I’m sure they don’t receive enough of. After a very long day at work and dealing with the other store, y’all made it way better and the pizza was amazing. Thank you! Yea

Sometimes the pizza is good, this time not so much. It was very overcooked, dry brittle crust, toppings were dried out, lacking in flavor. Not a good pizza.

I would like for Julian to be recognized for his great guest service! He did not seem "bummed" that I walked in while his teammates just stayed sitting down in the back with no motivation to move. Julian was nice, funny, and overall a great experience was made because of him.
