Domino's Pizza

I really like the crew that work at this store. I ordered like a maniac last year; like damn near every other day. Every single order was fast, on-time, and correct. Their delivery driver was always careful with my pizza and salads. I hope I tipped enough. I also hope every single crew member gets a good raise this year for all their hard work and dedication.

I did NOT get my complete Order I paid for. I asked to speak to the Manager, He said he was the Store's Manager. I reported that I didn't get my complete order. He responded to me that they are busy right now with orders. He was very unapologetic and never cared to return my money or deliver the missing items. This is stealing. I guess my money should be returned. please REFUND my money.

Placed an order online 20 minutes before close. I received a phone call that they would not have time to make it and deliver it before closing. I offered to pick up the pizza. Manager apparently didn’t want to make the food. I don’t understand why they would stay open until a certain time But not want to make food?

I order pizza from here regularly and they are mostly good but recently I noticed their service is getting worse. Most recently I ordered a vegetarian pizza and found a piece of pepperoni in it. They need to understand there are people who are strict vegetarian and by culture they don't consum meat products. I also noticed that they often forget to add dipping sauce in my orders even after paying extra for those.

I never thought I would leave a negative review for the one pizza chain I have enjoyed more then all the others combined. I don't know how much is to blame on staffing but it's hard to blame staffing on quality when it is a chain and highly regulated. Just as McDonald's taste the same no matter what location you are at. This Domino's broke that theory. This location is simply god awful. The last two times we have tried them the pizza is simply horrible. No flavor, cold, and one of the most disgusting store I have been in. I got shivers thinking my meal was prepared in here. This location looked like a college room after rush! No idea who is at the helm of this business but I wouldn't entrust them to prepare a pizza for my dog. Just had my last pizza from this location. I will still continue to support Domino's Pizza but I will drive to another location before I give them another dime. Two times, same results, never again.

Ordered a pizza 15 minutes before closing time and got a notification that they take orders all the way up till 10 pm. After I sent in the order…which it took credit card info and everything and said it was being prepared I got a call from someone who works there saying they are closing ‘’soon’’ and can’t complete the order that already charged my card. This has happened twice on two different occasions and as far out as 30 mins until closing time. I should have learned the first time and gone elsewhere with my next order. Terrible work ethic to close down when your online ordering processes are still open and taking orders and closing time hasn’t actually happened. Never again. I’ll take Papa Johns and Pizza Hut service any day now over Dominoes.
