Dickey's Barbecue Pit

It was pretty good. The ends of the bread was hard like they was not covered right. The service was good. I got the Westerner and a medium drink and it was $13 and some change. Pricy in my book. Cool cup though. They had tacos on the menu but was told they didn't sell Taco's. You should sell Taco's, I bet you'd make a killing! It may help y'all drive traffic instead of having an empty lot all the time

This is probably the best barbecue restaurant I have ever been! The food is delicious and the environment is great for family time, especially if you have kids since they have a little play area! The staff is very friendly and overall the prices and the portions are great! I will definitely come back!

Terrible service.. was the only customer when I arrived.. and waited over 20 minutes to be argued with by the manager, he didn't help his team and his team seemed to not care that I had been waiting 20+ minutes for a simple order (3 meat plate 2 servings hotlinks, sliced brisket, and 2 servings of potato salad) Then when I expressed my frustration and said "this never happens at the Roanoke location" He said that I should go to Roanoke then. He refunded me my money and gave me some "free food" which wasn't even what I had ordered... I ended up not eating it, the container was dirty when I opened the bag. I went to Roanoke, they were friendly and had my order made promptly. I will never return this Dickey's. Rude, unhelpful and the manager didn't care. The cashier was the only nice gal there, this happened on 5/18/2018 approx 8:00pm

Honestly, I'm not a fan of the remodel. I would rather go to the Roanoke location or Hard 8 where I can see my food being prepared and visualize the sides before I select them. That being said, the food wasn't terrible but the brisket was dry, which I never used to encounter here. I didn't receive a roll, and I'm not at all a fan of the servers doling out the condiments. Y'all aught to know that 2 slices of pickles aren't near enough for the average barbeque lover. I can understand wanting to control costs, but those are cheap, and hiding them from the customers is ridiculous. Sadly, this will be the last time I visit this location.

The filthiest restaurant in Keller, TX. I sliped on greasy floor. Too hungry to give up. Brisket being cut on dirty table with some food remnants laying around. Frier dirty as oil pan in back street auto shop. High school kids running restaurant... I mean giggle and not paying attention to my order, me taking pictures, me being upset with service. At least I got fries free of charge (to giggly to count items). Good luck Dickey's.
