Joe's Pizza & Pasta

Pizza is amazing, so was the salad! The staff/customer service - not so much. Placed an order for pickup - simple enough. They asked for a name. I replied “Matt” - “what” - “Matt” -“Max”…. “No, Matt - M A T T” …. I also provided my phone number for the order. My husband goes to pick up and they refuse to give him his order based on name/number. They kept asking what he ordered (he didn’t know - I ordered). I’m at home refereeing a party of small children waiting for pizza and not near my phone (lots of small children). Meanwhile, they are giving him huge attitude about not being able to pick his order up based on name OR phone number (then why the song and dance on the phone???). He has to call my MIL to confirm the order, before they would give him his food. Being super rude to him the entire time (not helpful at all, like he was an inconvenience to them). If we didn’t have a party of small, hungry mouths at home I would have encouraged him to just walk out and not patronize such an establishment. There are so many polite and friendly faces out there to give your money to, instead of supporting attitudes like this.

I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza from them. They didn’t put sausage on it. This was ordered through Uber eats. I called in to say the pizza was great, which it is, but that my order was wrong. I was told that I was wrong. I then came into the store. I was told I was in fact correct, then I was told that moving forward they will make pizza’s properly. I asked if I could get the pizza I ordered. I was offered a side of sausage. When I said I should get the pizza I paid for I was told that the owner said no. This was a terrible customer experience. Do not recommend.

Nice little neighborhood pizzeria. Food is great - whether you order pizza, salad, chicken or eggplant parm - doesn't matter, it's all good! Please do yourself a favor and give them a try! One word of caution tho. DO NOT order from Doordash or Ubereats! Order from Joe's website, Slice, or give them a call. The 3rd party services will charge almost double, even if you are picking it up yourself. The orders from the 3rd party apps come in incorrectly as well. We had that issue, but the staff was great to work with, and extremely quick to resolve the issue. I definitely have to give them a shout out! I will be back to try more of thier menu, and to support local. Give em a shot!

Omg! How delicious! I am from The east coast so I know what authentic pizza is supposed to taste like. Thin but not a cracker, cheesy but not greasy, perfect amount of sauce not sweet nor salty. Delish combination of flavors bursting in my mouth. Service was fast and friendly. And to top it all off very affordable prices! Joe’s Pasta and Pizza checks all the boxes and then some! Love this place 👍🏼
