I know it's hard to staff these days, probably lots of new folks. However, this is the second time a Mike's Way #8 was served without Mayo, Bacon and vinegar. Gotta provide the honest review.

Great sandwiches! Terrible customer service! Took 6 times calling in a span of 10 mins for them to answer. Got there to pick up my order and they literally laughed at me because they were not ready to be picked up. Like I'm the stupid one for not knowing they weren't ready. Next time I need to order for 6 people, I'll hit up Keizer Sub Shop.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered #43 without peppers and they put peppers in it. Normally I wouldn't write a review about that, but the sandwich is basically bread peppers and chipotle sauce, there is hardly any meat. It's half a sandwich.

Fantastic sub shop. Great service and good energy on the corner. Changed my whole outlook on lettuce. I will be returning asap or at least when I am hungry. Might be a bit. Filling af!

I order online for pick up and they don't seem to use the pick up shelf so be sure to see if your food is sitting behind the counter.

First time customer. Showed up at lunchtime so it was rather busy. Most of the tables were in need of cleaning. The sandwich (a Philly cheese steak) was ok. Lots of meat and cheese, not so many peppers. Meh.
