Pulled up to the drive thru had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to take our order, as my husband was trying to tell our order he got interrupted and couldn’t even finish what he was trying to say. Then we pulled up to the window and had to wait a couple other minutes for someone to take our payment, drinks came out fast but that’s about the only thing. I understand everyone is short staffed but really?

20 years ago this was my favorite. The times have changed. $10.00 for a whopper and medium fry. For thar price might as well go to Five Guys. Fries were not hot and reminded me of cafeteria fries. The whole experience was less than :(

New patty melts are just terrible bacon taste like it is from a can and the patties are off the value menu.
Came for the 2 4 6 whopper left with the deal.

Went here about 45 minutes before closing and they said that they had already cleaned the ice cream machine for the night so they weren't serving ice cream. They said it takes a long time to clean and they can't stay that late after hours to clean it so they do it early.

The place was closed. The lights were on at 5pm on a Friday but the drive thru was blocked and the doors were locked. We had to go somewhere else.
