I came to this establishment with a specific order. It was the first meal I've eaten since my husband passed away 4 days prior. No lettuce no onions. I got my order home and it was wrong. I graciously called the store and informed them. I wasn't angry. I wasn't. I'm in the industry and know things happen. The a$$that took my call said what do you want for free because I'm too busy to talk to you. I want you to listen to customers and specific orders. I want you to know that people suffer losses beyond your knowledge, and crazy memories like fast food restaurants remind survivors of good times. I want to not be crying right now because I feel more sorry for you than me, at least I have a sense of compassion for strangers. I will never frequent your establishment again. My $13 a week won't make a difference to you, but it will to integrity. Shame on you and also may God bless you. I'm truly heartbroken.

I asked for the slider combo and to have them made into lettuce wraps no bun. They said we cant do that. I let them know that was odd seeing as all the other locations will accommodate. I offered to pay to add lettuce and they said sure we can do that. I ordered two for $5 famous stars lettuce wrapped as well. They gave me cold fries in the combo, flat soda, the lettuce wrapped sliders I paid to have low carb still had the buns and the lettice had pink/brown all over it. Too too it off there was a piece of some sort of plastic in my lettuce wrapped famous star. I was disgusted to say the least. I went back and they refunded my $5 and made 1 of the 2, new lettuce wrapped slider. I will not be going back!

I was helping my grandparents move and we didn't have much time to eat so we went here many times and it was a good reliable place to quickly grab something to eat. The burgers were better than McDonalds or other fast food places and Carl's Jr. is one of the better fast food chains. We had a large order and the lunch crew were excellent and got our order done perfectly and quickly.
