This Chick-fil-A is by far the BEST! Amanda Baca is the operator and she plans and executes the most amazing events for families. We just returned from the Polar Express adventure. They had free hot chocolate, a visit with Santa, arts and crafts, a viewing of the movie "The Polar Express", and the most amazing train ride. Our children loved it so much! There were areas where they had snow machines for this Texas winter that the kids absolutely loved! It was very well planned out and executed. The layout was such that you could watch the movie and play in the snow while waiting in line for the train and hot chocolate while waiting in line to see Santa. It seemed as though customers who just wanted to eat were not inconvenienced at all as the line for the drive thru was moving at a typical quick pace. This event was so well thought out and executed. Bravo to you Amanda, and anytime you can go to this location, I highly recommend you do so.

Chick needs to put crackers in with their salads and not just with their soups. Also the amount of chicken varies too much from order to order for the Cobb Salad. Sometimes the chicken fills the small cup and other times it is only half full. That salad is expensive and lettuce and tomatoes are cheap... so give a decent amount of chicken, PLEASE...I shouldn't even have to ask for this but Chick is getting stingy on their chicken

Decided to stop here while running errands with my kids, and was pleasantly surprised at the inside hosts that offer to bring you napkins, take your trash, refill drinks, etc. They were all so very nice, I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I will always rate Chick-fil-A high cause they go above & beyond with their outstanding service. Fastest drive-thru hands down. This is the real definition of "fast food" alot of other places just can't seem to understand that.

Always give great service and have a friendly attitude. Usually come here on my way to work, only thing I’ll complain about is that if I order for delivery at 9 for example, if the delivery time is 55-60mins they’ll say breakfast isn’t available and it should be.

They live by their local diner vibe. Extremely friendly staff and they maintain the cleanliness and decor. Food is delicious obviously!
Special shout out to Fabian Perez for being quite welcoming. This was my first time at a Chick-fil-A and I surely enjoyed it. 10/10 would try again!

Everything is always hot and ready in a snap. I'm always greeted with smiling faces and superb service. ⭐ There have been instances in the past when something was missing from my order, but it was always resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. The only thing I wish is that they'd fill the fry boxes more than 3/4 of the way. Otherwise, great job Chick-fil-A Morton Ranch!!
