We eat breakfast every Saturday and Sunday in their branch in Kapolei.

Did the drive thru, very short line. Had the chicken sausage sandwich. It was OK, but my coffee was perfect as always.

They are always so polite here. The line was long for a Thursday morning but went pretty quick. They were apologetic for the wait time but I thought it was a reasonable amount of time (about 25 mins but there were 7 cars ahead of me when I pulled up).

I’m so happy with my experience today. Upon arrival, the line was moderately long, but it moved fast. When I ordered, the woman at the register was so friendly and she even told me about a promotion going on for the drink I ordered. I originally ordered a small pumpkin spice latte, but she informed me that with the special, the medium pumpkin spice latte‘s were actually cheaper. I’m glad she save me a few dollars. I received my food very fast and everything tasted delicious.

Early morning visit to Dunkin Kapolei was outstanding. Walked in and was on deck to order. We got to the cashier in a couple of minutes and ordered chocolate donuts and coffee. The donuts were fresh and tasty. The coffee was very good.

Drive-thru only right now which runs efficiently and moves fast. The staff is friendly. Later in the day they are out of a lot of choices especially the seasonal offerings. We are usually able to get two Apple Cider donuts ($2.91 w/tax) with no problem. Understandably a little stale after sitting. If you're planning on having them at home a few seconds in the microwave helps freshen them up.

My favorite is the BOSTON CREME donut&the MAPLE donut! DELICIOUS!! The ice coffee was really refreshing as well. Service was polite&quick. We will definitely be returning.
