What an amazing gem of a location! We had dinner looking over the beach, ocean and an amazing sunset. Service was spectacular, from the little glass of champagne they served us (it was our anniversary) when we first arrived, through to the final goodbye. The star of the night was Harry, our waiter. He was there when we needed him, knowledgeable on all topics (food/wine/songs :-)), fun, happy, and a joy to be around. The food was good, with most of it exceptional, and some ok but it was Harry that had us giving the overall experience rating a 5.
Wow! This my go to restauraunt on ALL the islands and my favorite place to recommend to anyone to get the WOW factor. Chef Sean is incredibly talented. I have dined here with a variety of friends and family and everytime that is the word we are all left with. The service is unmatched. We always feel incredibly welcomed from the minute we step into the restauraunt. Ryan is our fave server and he's almost always there providing us with the best service. The ambiance is always beautiful since it is beachfront. Occasionally (wednesdays) there is a live band playing and it just adds to the Aloha vibe. The food is my favorite of course but the drinks are amazing. There's a mezcal mixed cocktail made with Honeycomb and I love the smokey taste with the sweet. My favorite go to is the poke, it's always fresh and not overburdened with sauce and extras. It's paired with a microgreen that has a citrus addition to it. We had these kimchee buns one time that I NEED to have again. Around Thanksgiving we came and had the special; Lobster and Elk Ribeye and it was enough for two of us to share and it was some od the best Lobster I've had. The caprese salad with the housemade Burrata is also a favorite and I find myself scraping the plate for every bite. There is a great happy hour as well and I usually go with whatever special they are having. All the food is fresh, local and sustainable (as much as possible) and I absolutely love that. It can get busy so I recommend a reservation. And don't forget to order dessert to because it's worth it to end your dinner right.
We loved our food and our whole experience! The whole staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. The food was amazing and I love that they support local businesses by using local produce and products. I could absolutely taste it, too, as everything felt incredibly fresh. For the support of local businesses alone I would recommend them to anyone who has the honor of passing through Kaua’i (or of course support local businesses directly!). These fresh local ingredients made the farmer’s market curry one of the best vegetarian entrees I’ve had in my life. Many thanks to the entire staff and management and especially the local farmers and business owners!
Incredible dinner on the beach! Great $10 cocktails for HH. The pork wontons, filet, catch of the day and wedge salad were all phenomenal. Expensive but delicious!
Everything was incredible! Extremely welcoming, beautiful views, and delicious food. Our server made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal, each dish was beautifully presented and so much flavor. Would highly recommend for an enjoyable dining experience.
Ordered the seared fish (Ahi Tuna) with the seasonal cocktail (which had passionfruit, white rum, and yellow lantern pepper syrup). Omg!!!! Extraordinary. I'm from New Orleans, the city that invented cocktails and this was the best cocktail I've ever had. And the entree was equally excellent. I'll definitely be back for both!
To start, the ambience was incredible—eating right on the beach. They had some clear wind blockers to the sides so you could still view the ocean, but not get too cold while you were enjoying your meal.
Our server, Henry, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He seemed to know the menu very well.
We were lucky enough to have uku, which is Hawaiian snapper. It was amazing! My husband had the grilled catch, and I added the uku to my veggie curry. The curry was amazing, perfect amount of spice, and I loved all of the vegetables. We also ordered the poke appetizer and salted vanilla gelato which were delicious as well! Overall, an excellent experience.
We had booked dinner here on a day when I knew we would be too tired to drive anywhere after our day of activities, and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The view was gorgeous since it was right on the beach. The food was very fresh, and what I would expect from a Michelin recommended restaurant. I knew it was a good place when I saw a couple locals I recognized from the bakery I frequented having dinner here as well. You may be booking a reservation for the view or because it’s convenient, but you will be most delighted by the food here.
Food is so delicious and innovative. Everything is local and fresh. Great view. Service is best on island! Thank you so much Oasis crew!
Great food, service, and ambiance. The whole menu looked spectacular. I had the grilled catch of the day, and the sauce, gnocchi, and greens that went with it were fantastic. My wife had the filet mignon and raved about it as well. It was pretty windy, but the view out over the water was fantastic. Our waitress and the front house manager both chatted with us for a bit. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even had some amazing mocktails. Sadly we had to skip dessert, but the banana apple thing sounded delicious.
