We got coffee here every morning - and it was good coffee. Just got the daily brew. Banana Bread is INSANELY good. Great spot and really friendly staff. Sunday morning is packed. FYI.

Imua Coffee Roasters is one of the best coffee and breakfast spots on Kauai. It is neslted close to a resort and about a few minutes walk to the beach with some great views. They have a great selection of food as well. We ate the breakfast sandwich, papaya boat, surfers fuel, and pumpkin muffin...all of it was so good. Almost everything is either vegan friendly or gluten-free. The only thing I would recommend is to add something to the outside seating to hear when your order is ready.

Not a big fan of typical Hawaiian coffee beans, but it’s the best I’ve had yet and the fantastic baristas here will trick it out any way you’d like!

The coffee was good, but the espresso left something to be desired with a slight bitterness. The shop, although cramped, offered a unique view of them roasting coffee beans. The service was commendable.

Nice coffee shop with outdoor seating area. Just a heads up, they do not have dairy milk. They have a great selection of non-dairy alternatives though! The bakery items looked delicious and they had coffee from multiple destinations in South/Latin America.

Cool place - friendly staff, good coffee, cozy atmosphere, and great location (we were staying at the Aston, so for us, at least. Got their "Surfer's fuel" with mango and honey mix. Quick and perfect breakfast for another day at Kauai!

The Baristas were very friendly and knowledgeable. The barista who made my drink had been there 2 months but passionately shared everything that was good and was really passionate about working at Imua's! Her favorite drink was a Local Maui Matcha made with house-made lavender syrup. Very good recommendation. You deserve the 5 stars girls. Thank you!

Love the new vegan strawberry muffins! This coffee shop has new owners and everything is vegan. No upcharge for non-dairy milk! Had a wonderful oatmilk vanilla shaken espresso drink.
Edit: went back for the same 20 oz vanilla shaken espresso drink two days later and the female batista handed me a 20 oz cup with 2 inches of drink and when I asked her to add oatmilk so it was 20 oz instead of 8oz she said it already had oatmilk and gave me an attitude and told me I should have ordered a latte. I asked her again to add oatmilk and she did. And said again I ordered the wrong thing. Why would I order 20 oz cup of anything and expect to get 8 oz? If she is the new owner, I guess she's counting on tourists that only come once. Very disappointing after I had such great service on Thursday morning.
