Went at lunch time, shortly after 12. They said they didn't have salads anymore even though their signs had ads selling them. Come to find out they had run out of them. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Took 10 min and it was way dry and not hot. The place was absolutely filthy. Carpet was sticky. Soda machine didn't have all the flavors it said it had. Bathroom was pretty dirty.

They were out of everything, at least two of the staff was neither trained nor disciplined. They wandered around slowly looking for things in different places, not knowing where anything was or what it was. They'd ask the manager and half the time she'd say they were out. The dining room was dirty and the carpet needed replacing. The entire condiment counter was trashed with at least half of the things out if stock.

Do not eat at this Wendy’s! The food was cold, burger looked like the patty had sat out for days. We ordered 2 combos and they put 1/2 an order of fries in the bag. We got our food back to our place and literally threw it away. Don’t waste your money. Wendy’s you owe us $20!

The worst Wendy's I have ever been to! Horrible Service, will have customers waiting for over 20 minutes with no line! District Manager needs to come in and clean house!

Worst Wendy's ever, it's too bad they don't take these ratings seriously and make changes. They probably figure since they are the only fast food place nearby they don't have to care at all. Just spent 25 minutes in the drive through waiting for my one burger which I discovered was the wrong burger when I got home. And supposedly the manager made it because "we have a bunch of new people that don't know what they're doing". And when I tried calling twice to complain no one ever answered the phone. Won't be going there ever again. I'll use the extra gas to go somewhere that cares about their customers.

Well, the only thing that kept this review from getting 1 star is the fact that my order was actually correct and hot. The staff was not friendly and the service was slow. The order taker in the drive through was very rude. The guy at the window had no customer service and didn’t say one word to us. I’ve worked fast food, I can understand how it is when your understaffed, but come on make sure your customers are happy, get through your shift. At the end of the day it’s a job.

If I could I would give a zero went in with my hubs and my 2 year old daughter for lunch 11:21 am expecting Wendy’s standard nice service. I expect the service we got from McDonald’s not from Wendy’s. Both my husbands and my order were wrong. Manager got mad at us for bringing it back. They still got my order wrong but I wasn’t about to get yelled at again so we just left. This is not what Dave would want to see out of his restaurant. The inside was a mess the drink machine didn’t have any non carbonated choices, and the fries were old and cold. My daughter who loves Wendy’s fries wouldn’t even eat hers! Wendy’s do something about this location!
