The person who had my order perfectly ready was a breath of fresh air. I am not sure the name but started with T. The food was hot and fresh and the service from the whole crew lately especially the cashier/ bagger has been above and beyond and also ran my order out to me. Also the manager with a short haircut was keeping the team on point. T even brought my order out and I have noticed a dramatic positive change in the staff at the North Oak location in a positive way . Very very happy, full and impressed especially considering how busy of a time this was on a Thursday after 5pm. Great 10/10+. Keep that same great service! Awesome.

Hands down the absolute best experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Phillip was so awesome! It was 30 mins from close my family was tired and Phillip literally woke us up and had us laughing in minutes. I asked for BBQ Sprite to which he had no idea what it was. I gave him a minute to think about it before letting him know its Dr. Pepper. He then crushed my dreams telling me he personally made a mistake ordering so they didn't have any. After hassling him about it i ordered a coke. He BS'd with us at the pick-up window laughing about a few things. He great attitude and friendliness really made our night! I hope other customers can share the same experience! Your doing a great job Phillip keep it UP!!

Went through the drive-thru about 7:00 in the morning and the lady was working all by herself. She was cooking, taking orders and pushing orders out the window and she was doing an amazing job. Food was really good too. Potatoes could have been fresher but the croissant was amazing! That 3$ breakfast deal is on point!

Management is absolutely amazing here. Clean, courteous, on top of it. Rest of the staff too. Thanks for restoring faith in Wendy's! Breakfast stopped as we were in line, but not their fault, just out of food. Made it right with a great lunch.

Got here at 10:28, asked if still serving breakfast or had switched already. Either way was fine but would change my order to fit. Told still serving breakfast, so yes! Baconator combo it is! Coffee was piping hot and so were breakfast potatoes. Perfect once I got home to eat it.

Really think their fries are better than McDonald’s, just sayin🤷🏻‍♀️ Love the vaccinator fries. Cant go wrong with bacon. Prices gone up like everywhere so don’t order burgers as much as I used too

The ladies working the morning shift at Wendy’s on N.Oak across from Sam’s Club were so nice! Pleasant and clear speaking at the drive thru. Seemed honestly happy to be at work! In this day and age of no one wanting to work, it was a great way to start the day! Keep up the good job!!
