Came in for lunch with my family. They were not busy. Admittedly greeted and seated. Our server was Derek. He was friendly and checked in regularly. The food was EXCELLENT. We all liked the food. The cook gets 5 stars.
Been going to chili's for about 15 years, most of the food was good, but was way better years ago. The cook didn't really seem to put care into making the food properly. Stay clear of the zesty chili sauce that you can get with the crispers, it tasted like rancid oven cleaner.
Walked in at 9p with a 10p close and was greeted with open arms. Soon to be at our table was plate after plate of mouthwatering delicious chicken, burgers and those oh so savory southwestern egg rolls. This place does it right, top to bottom, the whole works, even an hour before close. Come on down cause when you're here you're family.
Brooke the manager & Rachel our waitress did an excellent job. They're friendly and helpful. I had 2 gift cards on my Samsung Pay to use & Brooke get the issues took care of quickly.

My wife & I loved the new matel basket our food came in. It made move room on the table.

Let's be real here: if the only thing they served was the molten lava cake it would still be worth going. Every time we have gone the wait staff has been perfectly attentive and wonderful (sometimes even changing out my drink without me even realizing it). I will say however that the big boss burger sounds better on paper than it actually is, the flavors are a bit much and don't quite meld as harmoniously as you would imagine.
Seating was available upon arrival. There were an adequate number of servers working. The food was great, and the atmosphere was almost as good prior to the pandemic.
Had a wonderful experience dining in the bar area at the Liberty location. The bartender, Ashley, was incredibly attentive, knowledgable and friendly. Our food came out quickly, perfect temp, and also very yummy. The manager on duty, Erin, was also very affable and came out to ensure we were satisfied.
our waitress had the patience of a saint. we were going over wedding stuff and took if I remember right three hours! From what I hear the margaritas are good sad I missed out on one. Can be noisy but when you've been sitting at a booth that long thats on us.
The people are great,Bella a great server and Erin an amazing manager,and the other people I encountered while visiting. The food was ok,I know they have some tasty dishes some are totally delish. It was kinda hot in there though. Overall had a good time. Sorry forogt to take a photo.
I had a great time at Chili's. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the margaritas were amazing. I ordered the ribs and they were tender and flavorful. My friend had the fajitas and they were sizzling and satisfying. The restaurant was clean and cozy, with a Southwestern-style setting. We enjoyed the happy hour drinks and the music. It was a perfect place to relax and have fun. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly Tex-Mex restaurant in Kansas City.
