Enjoy the food, but the automated window when you pull up can be very annoying, and uncorrect...to the point I usually ask for someone live. And my car is quiet so idk

Normally my visits are great. I'm a drive-thru person. I was surprised when the line wasn't long...but after I ordered, there was a wait. The window workers were great. I had to pull into a waiting spot because they were holding on hashbrowns & coffee. I found there were many cars holding 😳 When they brought my order...they forgot the coffee (he was nice & went& got it). Perhaps they were short-staffed that morning or having issues...because it wasn't normal. I frequent there on Sun mornings. Hopefully it got better that day💫

When they first started using AI, it was great! Had no issues with my orders. But about a month or so ago it was down & updates were made. Since then I haven't been able to make my multi-order without frustration (single order is fine). I order a #1, sausage mcmuffin & egg mcmuffin sandwiches. ITS NEVER RIGHT. AI makes it Sausage Mcmuffin meal & 2 egg mcmuffin meals or 2 egg mcmuffin meals, sausage patty...IDK. I've tried saying it multiple ways, like #1..next item sausage mcmuffin sandwich...& I watch the screen do its own thing. It gets really frustrating. There's been no fix. This last time I kept saying my oder wasn't right, a person came on & said "you can pull around, I heard what you're trying to order" & she fixed the order. I just dont understand why AI won't just take the order I'm giving versus making up her own stuff, which is wrong. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against AI, just frustrated it's not taking my order as I give/say it. Of course I still go weekly...I just hope it gets better. Now I just prepare myself to argue with the drive thru AI🤣

When I went through the Drive thru this time, my order was perfect! AI was finally recalibrated. It got my order correct, as I ordered it. Frustration over👏🏽
When I received my order at the window, I noticed I had an extra hashbrown. I told the worker & he responded "well, now you have 2...Have a nice day." How sweet.
Food & service, back to 5 stars.
Drive thru sucks. 2 lanes that no one know how to use. People cut in line. Then when asked to pull forward after payment, folks bunch up behind not paying attention to the fact that I'm waiting for our food. Keep in mind that were they paying attention they'd turn at the window. Food was good enough I almost forgot about the hassle of the drive thru 😂
This location is always pretty busy so the food is as good as it gets usually. But they are notorious for closing the credit card machine down between 12am & 3am and only excepting cash.
We didn't eat there so... There's that. I love McDonalds I have always loved them. My first job was at McDonald's, it was just a walk-up small shack with ..yeah I'm Old. But I will never stop going there. 😎
Good place to people watch. Seen 3 different almost accidents I don't know what is so hard about exiting but I guess it is so just be careful when u leave also there is always patrol around that area.
Never had an issue with my order or service. The cinnamon rolls are awesome.
Stopped in for our first time for a quick breakfast during our move from an apartment to our new home. We're quite surprised by the cleanliness, polite associates and the great breakfast deals. Even stayed for a second cup of coffee! Thank you for a great breakfast experience! We WILL be returning. :-)

The food was great (as great as mcdonald’s can be) but my issue lies with the GM goldie, she was disrespecting costumers and actually walked away mid order. this isn’t the first time i’ve witness her pure barbarity in this store multiple times.
