I was going to give 5 stars but dropping a star due to the workers talking about how it was weird that I took pictures as I was walking out. That could have waited till I left the building. I was trying to get my 50 pictures for Google. Coffee here is good but high in price to customize. I like the reward system. Until scooters is built, this is my go to coffee place.

I went here 5 days in a row and all five days the service was amazing the coffee was amazing and they got my order right every time I will definitely recommend this place to other people and I will definitely be back next time I'm in town

A tele tubby named Bailey spotted my coffee this morning when I was stressed and in a major hurry, having forgotten my wallet. This will be my morning coffee stop moving forward because of how cool and understanding she was. She deserves a promotion and the right to dress as a tele tubby every shift moving forward. 11/10

Perfect stop for an afternoon pick me up! Barista was quick and did a wonderful job! 🤩Also the young lady taking our orders was very knowledgeable and served us well!

Caribou coffee is quality stuff! Their decaf is extracted with Spring water instead of chemicals. I'm diabetic, so don't buy the sugar loaded stuff. Always quality coffee and quality people serving. Need more locations, like near N. Brighton.

Love the Bou! It is always the best possible experience! The people and products are wonderful! The breakfast sandwiches are scrumptious! I mean, everyone needs a Lumberjack once in awhile. If Bou is near, I will choose them over all the others.

I'm not much of a coffee aficionado (and let's face it, those people are annoying), but I do enjoy the coffee-based caffeine boosts that Caribou Coffee offers. Employees were attentive and friendly. Coffee was as expected. Interior and exterior were clean and well-maintained.

I was getting a couple drinks for my mom and myself and the people at this location were very friendly and made me feel good about coming there. Somehow I had 2-3 people ahead of me waiting for their orders and they just breezed through them so quickly, I got my couple of drinks within about a couple minutes! (They also had a packed drive thru, so I was really impressed with their speed.) The frappes were very excellent!
