Great place to satisfy your craving for Mexican food. Food is delicious and the portions would fill you up for sure. Their complimentary chips and salsa is a great starter. They have outside dining area and it’s a great option when the weather is perfect. Since it’s in a great location with a ton of restaurants and stores around it parking is a problem during peak hours of the day and on weekends.
Great food, great prices and service. My first two visits unfortunately presented a locked door while the website said they were open. Glad I didn't lose hope and had experienced their amazing chicken sandwich and crispy fries.
First time here. We came with some friends who are regulars. The service was wonderful, even though our friend had several off-menu requests. Everything was exactly as ordered.
The food was hot and tasty with large portions, the chips and salsa were replenished regularly and I never had to ask for a tea refill, one of my touchpoints for excellent service.

Our Server, a very nice young man was very patient and explained the menu....we had a coupon buy one, get one. We were delighted with our food as we asked for some changes and additions to the menu. We'll definatly be back. Warm atmosphere and delicious food. Very very friendly staff.

I had a large party of 16 over lunch. It was for a celebration with some co-workers and we only have 1 hour max for lunch. I spoke with Amanda the manager at Jose Peppers and asked if it was even possible to get in and out in an hour for our lunch break with that many people and she said we would definitely be able to make that happen. We let her know what our orders were a day ahead so they could work on them about 10 minutes prior to our arrival. We arrived at noon and they had our plates to all 16 of us by 12:13, this was AMAZING!!! Everyone in the group commented on how fast our service was, all our orders were correct and that it was one of the best experiences we have had in a large group. So a huge shout out to the staff and Amanda who helped our group. You truly made it a wonderful experience.
If you love Mexican food, and who doesn’t love Mexican food, meet at Jose Pepper‘s on Mulberry in the Northland at Briarcliff. Recently had a very nice business meeting with the client yet got to enjoy excellent food. Excellent service from the waitstaff. Can accommodate groups of all sizes. Warm fun and relaxing atmosphere.
Up scale location. You may not have heard of Briarcliff. It's like, if you're cool you don't say you're cool, kind of thing. Same for the great food. You know how some Mexican restaurants think they have to heat up their food with spices so hot to prove they have Mexican food. Not so here, they let the food's flavor speak for itself, and that's why I like this place even though Mexican food is not my favorite, but I really like the food here.
We love eating at the briar Cliff location. We at over by the bar and had a fantastic waitress. Saturday night December 29th. If you have kids make sure and grab a balloon. There is a free meal attached to each balloon.
I had the Steak and mushroom enchiladas. Delicious!
