Never been here because I knew that I could not afford to shop here. Long story short, I was assisted by Ms. Harriet. She helped me find a gift. Inspite of the fact that I told her what I could not afford, she never gave up. She continued to show me items in different areas. Ultimately, I made a nice purchase for my wife. Even though a coworker tried to direct me to the concierge for gift wrapping, Ms. Harriet corrected her and walked me to where I needed to go. Impeccable customer service!

It is a nice shopping center. A lot to see outside, so don't be afraid to wander out.
The store is very exclusive. I really liked its variety of brands and sneakers. I wanted to buy but at the moment I had the money for a project. I would like to know if they have a web store to buy from or can only essentially be purchased?.

I have grown up going to this store, I love this store. The workers here are literally like family. I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years and throughout those years my favorite Jill has sent me birthday cards, graduation presents and so on. I use La Mer and because of it I receive compliments on my skin on a daily basis and where else would I buy my products except for at Halls! Love this store and love the people who work there!

I absolutely love Halls in Kansas City. It's one of the places I miss since moving to Chicago from Kansas City over 12 yrs ago. The product is amazing and it's a must if looking for unique gifts or holiday decor around Christmas. I always make sure to stop in whenever in town visiting family over the holidays. It's one of Kansas City's best shopping destinations and highly recommended to stop in when in the area.
