Best place to eat in Kansas City Between 6 am and 2 PM hands down always have to have a to go box.

It is across the street from the old G.M. plant in a industrial district.

What an awesome place!!. Visited Leed's Diner today for breakfast and had a +5 experience. Food was excellent, real hashbrowns and great coffee. Service was exceptional and prices down right reasonable.
Portions are huge. Called by name when we left-nice treat.
Also, while we were there some KCFD firefighters came in and we could tell they were regulars. I figure if they eat there it must be good.
Definitely our go to place for KC.

Lasagna !!. Couldn't find a nicer staff of people ! This restaurant was a reflection of the
love housed within it .
Very generous portions for the working class people and Esther's lasagna
could hold it's own with the "uptown" restaurants ! :0)
Pricing is very reasonable.

Excellent experience. Food was good, and the staff were very friendly. My grandfather and I were talking after our meal, and the staff didn't try to rush us off. They let us drink our coffee and enjoy ourselves.

First time ever coming to the place to eat...Very friendly place to eat ..made to order meals ...food took 20 mins to make because we ordered oatmeal so that was not a very good experience..posting as I wait for food..10:20am 3/22/20...10:39am food arrives...very food worth the wait

I live near leeds diner and have been going for years and its never ceased to impress me with the amazing food and setting.

We really enjoyed Leeds Diner, service was fast and friendly, food was great and very reasonable. The last who owns the place was there working in the kitchen and we learned the history of how she came to own the place. The bacon cheeseburger was huge and delicious. The tenderloin sandwich was large enough for two people and also good. They are only open during the week so the staff can spend weekends with family which I respect. We plan on going back to try breakfast and we'll be back for lunch.
