If you are thinking about going to Il Centro - go!!! It’s an adorable space, the food is delicious and the staff is wonderful! From the minute we walked in, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They work as a team to make sure customers have the best experience. Let’s talk about the food! The bruschetta and olive tapenade were both wonderful. I had the chicken parmesan and it was delightful and fed me for two additional meals - what an investment in delicious leftovers!!! My husband had the lamb chops and really enjoyed them. The dessert was the shining star! It was my birthday, so we ordered the tiramisu. Our waiter, Maddie, suggested the espresso martini and it was an excellent pairing. I wasn’t surprised because Maddie was knowledgeable, helpful and amazing all evening. At the end of the night, the icing on the cake was a bottle of wine with all the staff’s signature. If you are looking for a special night and a caring crew of folks, Osteria Il Centro is the place to be!

Osteria Il Centro is our go-to date night spot. The atmosphere is quaint and welcoming. I try to get a different entree each visit, and my wife and I are always completely happy with our dinners. IMO, they have THE best Italian food in KC. Their cocktails and desserts are also amazing. Not to mention the top-notch service every single time! Support this KC gem!

The food and service was top notch, but to be honest, this place is worth the trip for the bread alone. It's ridiculously delicious. I'm not even remotely joking, I could live on it happily for the rest of my life. And to top off a wonderful evening celebrating my husband's birthday, they gifted him a bottle of wine after we tabbed out. We will definitely be returning
