Dunkin' Donuts

I always receive quick and friendly service at this Dunkin Donuts and it has comfortable seating while I wait for my order. This particular location is convenient to nearby shopping areas and is nicely maintained with adequate parking. I love their coffee drinks and donuts, even though my favorite donuts are not always available, which is a bummer, and why I took off one star.

Nightmare fuel. Their sanitation score is 91 now. I got a latte and it actually was undrinkable, it tasted like the syrup they used had gone bad, and the coffee was burnt. My boyfriend got a cold brew which while still slightly burnt was a welcome break from the drink I got in contrast. I ended up throwing my coffee away. It tasted like it would make me ill. Steer clear.

It has happened more than once at this Donut store. Crave a fresh donut and go through the drive through only to purchase a stale hard donut. Will not waste my money at this establishment any longer. I have purchased donut holes and got them home and some of them have been so hard you cannot eat them. for a chain that has such a wonderful line of donuts to serve old hard items to customers it is very sad. Cause they have lost this customer. I will drive to Salisbury next time. They always have fresh food

i’ve been to this location many times, & ask for the same time every time … today was horrible! i went order through drive through, got the wrong item when specifically telling the man taking my order. my bf went back in & asked for a fix, it still came back wrong. i went back in & told the young lady at the register, i literally HEARD her tell the older lady at the oven how i wanted my order & i STILL GOT IT WRONG.

Very poor customer service! I went this morning and the lady working the window was awful. She was not happy about being at work at all or assisting customers. She asked over the speaker "what can i get you" NOT Welcome to Dunkin or anything. I placed my order for my coffee and she said ok pull up. I said I had one more thing to add. She said "what is it"? Her name was Shannor, i believe is how you spell it. When I pulled up there was another car at the window, but she was on her cell phone, not even helping the person at the window that just pulled up. When I got to the window she opened it and NEVER said a word! Handed me my drink and sandwich and that's it. Another thing I noticed with Dunkin is that the lobby is still closed? Why can't anyone walk inside to order? Two customers parked and went to the door and was unable to get in. If people are not morning people or if they don't like dealing with the public, you need to find a different way to make money cause being in that position isn't one of them!

I just had a customer come into dominos asking about Dunkin being open because he's walked over there twice from Walmart and the doors are locked. What is going on Dunkin :/ as well as everytime I go there I get a medium coffee w ten sugars the last three times it's either been coold/creamered w no sugar or just completely wrong.
