The food here is usually pretty good, but my experience today is why I decided to finally leave a review. The woman who took my order was attentive, friendly, and didn't miss a beat. The food I got was fresh, warm, fries were crispy and perfectly salty, my spicy chicken sandwich was juicy, crispy, and not over greasy. If you go here you will not be disappointed.

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received today. I ordered several meals, but did not receive two meals I ordered and didn't notice until I got home. When I called, I was informed they can not make it right even if you come back to the store, but would mail me a voucher. This has been their policy for some time. So what I hear as the consumer, is that we are treated poorly because the staff didn't do their job to fulfill the order correctly. I shouldn't have to check two bags to make sure they did their job.
