If I could give them no stars, I would. I frequently go to the other A&W in C Falls and order a burger with a lettuce wrap as I can’t have bread. Ordered it my usual way here, waited well over 30 minutes in the drive through, and when I said that it was supposed to be on a lettuce wrap the guy at the window says “oh well we don’t even have lettuce to do that”. No offer to make something else, no offer to refund us. Definitely do NOT recommend

They were kind of busy so it took 20 minutes in line. The food was good. The root beer was excellent. I saw a bag of food being loaded and then it sat there for about 3 minutes nothing else was put in it and then finally a woman delivered it to me. I just got a reply on Thursday 10/22 from the management at this and W and they apologised I think that is really great I go back again. They were very busy.

I love KFC.. but this one was both understaffed and unorganized. The lobby was closed so the only option was drive thru. The line of cars wrapped around the building. It must have taken 45 to an hour from the time we entered the line until we got our food. Since we don't have an A&W/KFC in Helena,we waited to get our chicken and root beer. The food was the usual KFC fare, but the wait was unacceptable. I'm surprised how many cars waited.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited nearly an hour ready to give them the benefit of the doubt of them being short staffed. Then to be told they have nearly nothing right now because they are out of stock from Covid. I just left, they lady was EXTREMELY rude and yelled at me when I said they should be warning people of the long wait times and that they don’t have most things in stock. I say they shouldn’t have even opened up and waited for stock to come in and find more employees before opening. We will NEVER be back and I hope they find some better customer service.

The WORST service I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t even give them a one. We waited more than 25 minutes for our food, and once we got it, it was cold. They gave us the wrong drinks and we watched them drop our food on the floor. They picked it back up and noticed that we saw them drop it, and then decided they better get a new order that ended up being ice cold.
