Kelvin And Co. Bbq

First time there today. The seating is small and looks like they have it sectioned off but the food makes up for it. We all had the brisket and by far the best I have had. All I had was a plastic fork to eat it with but it was falling apart. The sauce was a standard which was out of this world. Side dish was good. Very friendly and helpful. We will be back :)

another 1st... Kelvin & Co. Urban BBQ. we got the combo meal for 2. chicken, brisket, pork, with 4 sides !! we chose: cole slaw, jalapeno mac/cheese, pimento potatoes and baked beans. and 2 drinks. oh and you got to choose 4 sauces. ample amount of food. the meats were all very tasty and cooked perfectly. we liked the potatoes and mac/cheese, didn't really care for the slaw or beans, but that might just be us. a decent price for all that food. and the service was fantastic, the girl that took our order was epitome of what customer service should be !!! she even gave us an extra sauce to try. they didn't have dine in yet, but totally was on top of the take out process. this would be a great father's day option for take out - they have combo's avail for larger groups. if you haven't tried this place, it's a must try. 44

Went in last night as a birthday treat for myself, the service was great, tried the combo for 2, got the brisket, pork and sausage. Pork and brisket were awesome, the sausage left something to be desired. They were dry and the texture was off. Out of cornbread but the other sides were quite delicious. Definitely going back.

...where there's smoke, there is flavor. A LOT of it. When you combine spot-on spices with superb textures and the best damn brisket you could ever hope for, you have carnivorous sorcery. The sweet cornbread layered under the (superb) mac and cheese in the bowl I ordered (topped with that perfect brisket) is light with a delicate sweetness that is the ideal ending to this dish. The presentation is attractive, as is the restaurant space itself. The counter staff is friendly, efficient; the food was ready for us in just minutes. Please, do yourself a favor. Drop everything, run to this gem and eat your fill. Repeat these steps until you have tried everything on the menu...then do it again. Three hours later, I am still happily full.

Love this place! We always get the sampler with pulled chicken and pork and brisket and I'm never disappointed. The sauces are SO GOOD, try them all! Also the mac and cheese is some of the best around, I prefer the classic but my fiance loves the jalapeno mac! It's a super simple menu so check it out online before you go in case you have picky eaters but other than that it's a fantastic local place :)
