Wagyu burger was good. Didn’t really like the rosemary fries. They were soggy and tasted weird. They offer local soda products which were delicious. Kitchen closed at 8:30. We arrived at 8:20 and they were nice enough to get our order in. You have to use your phone to scan the code to bring up the menu which sucked because I was in town visiting and barely had service. But atmosphere was great and we enjoyed all our meals.

5-Star Everything! Well, almost everything. The fuze bowl lacked sauce- it was a bit dry. Everything else was delightful! The ambiance in the summer on Bates Alley is really nice- tables, live performers, chill... Fuze is well-located. Great staff & overall great food.

My daughter and I celebrated her 22nd birthday at this restaurant. They do live up to their name... “Fuze”-ing different flavors together throughout their entire menu! My taste buds have never been so enlivened!! Wonderful food and the signature cocktails were fantastic! Service was concerned for our needs without a constant “Hows everything here” interruption. We are already looking forward to our second visit.

Loved the Naked & Infamous, can't wait to sip it again! The rosemary fries & truffle aoili are even better than expected. I also had the vegetarian bahn mi - its a pretty creative/divergent take on the dish and had too much cumin in my opinion, but I loved the vegetable combo that makes up the sandwich.

Absolutely one of the BEST places in Kalamazoo. They have the most friendly staff and are super accommodating for dietary needs such as gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant. They staff is very knowledgeable about different drinks that fit your palette and wants. You really feel like you're hanging out with your good friends when being waited on here. Highly recommended!

It is a little hard to believe that there is not a continuous line around the block to get in there to eat this AMAZING food. The Brussels sprouts were heavenly. The slow-cooked lamb was fall-off-the-bone tender and flavored exactly right. My fava bean slaw and the gravy on the plate was the perfect compliment. My son's rainbow trout was fresh and cooked moist and flaky. The atmosphere is upscale. No loud music to distract from your conversation. The wait staff was professional and prompt. The craft beer selection was good and the prices are much lower than they should be. Do not miss this place when you are in Kalamazoo!

The waitstaff was friendly and set a relaxed tone for lunch. They anticipated every need. The Brussels sprouts were like no other place and we knew we had a chef who wasn't afraid to create new, delicious taste meldings. On to the juicy burger with onion bacon jam with notable chunks of bacon. Just enjoy it as served, no ketchup...please. The burger was extraordinary. I loved the vibe here too!

I had a nice time, sat at the bar during a slower period. The bartender suggested the lunch special called "squash balsamic grilled cheese" that came with fries. Overall the meal was really good with one exception. I upgraded to fries with truffle oil which I normally love everywhere I go. Unfortunately the tasted mostly of rosemary and not really like truffle. They were great don't get me wrong, they just weren't what I expected and I wouldn't pay the up charge for them again. Clean atmosphere, clean restrooms, attentive service (I never caught his name but he was the day bar with short hair and gages). I would come back and would recommend to a friend.
