Courteous and helpful staff, especially since it was our first time experiencing this concept of making your own pizza. Great atmosphere! Great food! Pieology is a MUST visit. You won't be disappointed.
My wife and I are from the mainland, and go to MOD Pizza there, which is nearly identical. But I like Pieology better because the pizzas are larger, the ingredients are locally sourced, (whenever possible) and the pizzas are brought to the table.
The pizza was outstanding, the service friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was spotless. Thanks for a great lunch!
Food was good. I chose my own topping but dough was stretched out so thin that the middle of the pizza was soggy. Still edible. Staff was polite and had a smile even though it was packed and they were trying to keep up. Dining area needed a bit of cleaning but understood considering how busy it was. Pricing is between 12.99- 14.99 and they have 10% off for military discounts.All in all it was ok 4 stars.
Omg I had amazing service on Sunday during lunch from the manager at Pieology Kailua! She was so shorthanded. She was always smiling and being professional with her courteous customer service. I felt so bad ordering my pizzas from her though because she was the only one there doing a long line of people! It took thirty minutes just to custom make my pizza but this manager made it worth the wait!!! I hope she finds help soon for the front!
Worker in the front yesterday, Sunday, 10/22/2023 was amazing. Unfortunately she had to deal with the employee in the back that had NO clue what was going on and had to be constantly instructed to help. Luckily as soon as we ordered another employee came to help her and the many people that was in line waiting patiently. I could imagine with the right team, she would be even more awesome!

This place is legit! It is the subway of pizzas. You can make your own pizza with very fresh ingredients. They cook it in the oven right before your eyes. I felt the value was outstanding, especially in Hawaii! We had a pizza with pretty much everything on it as well as cheese only and then we did a dessert pizza as well. I highly recommend Pieology!
The pizza here is super fresh and made to order each and every time. Employees are nice and helpful and very welcoming. Had a very small problem with my order, the staff was more concerned about it than I was. Really went out of the way to make things right, even though it was no big deal to me. Always happy to go back for great food, friendly atmosphere, and easy and free parking.
Great pizza! It's nice to have several options for crust. I haven't tried it yet, but they even have a cauliflower crust. I tried the wheat crust and it was great! Lots of toppings and sauces to choose from and well. You could also make your own salad with lots of different stuff, but pretty standard fare. Try your salad with pesto, I made a believer out of my wife, I think you'll like it too. I was pretty surprised about the price. Just given the area, u thought I would be paying more, but $26 for a pizza and a salad for two people wasn't that bad!
The pizza is delicious.
However the wings were not cooked long enough and were a little fatty. Overall we enjoyed our meal. But won't be getting the wings again.
The staff was amazing and it's local owned.
Again we'll be back foe the pizza.
Delicious pizza. I really enjoyed cauliflower crust. I wish they had a beef topping option. And I recommend having them cook your pizza a few extra minutes, otherwise the cheese doesn't melt on most of the deep dish so it's more like an open face sandwich than a pizza.
So good. I love putting exactly the toppings I want on my pizza. They were overworked and understaffed. Some of the customers in front of us sucked, they know who they were. Would eat here again.
Great taste. It's a Subway style ordering process. You can choose any toppings for $11.
